Adriana Lee

This is my love story. I was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with me like glue. Yoga taught me to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed me the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind.

At 23, I packed my bags and went to Spain for my 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga’s center Suryalila. I returned to my hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. I continued my training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. While living in South Florida, I trained for an additional 50 hours with Cameron Shayne at Budokon University in Miami. Truly, I keep learning every time I step on my mat. My intention when I teach is to share what I’ve learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being. I hope you’ll join me on the mat!



Adriana Lee instructs the following:
  • Yin (Non-Heated)
  • In this Yin Yoga class, the approach is with a mental focus and is much deeper than Yang like practices. Often called "The Yin Within", Yin Yoga removes the blockages deep in our connective tissues, allowing the Chi and Prana to flow unhindered. To get the energy moving in Yin Yoga, we can use various techniques and postures. By remaining in the postures longer(several minutes), we allow ourselves to breathe into each pose while the body relaxes deeper into stillness obtaining full surrender. We will also focus on being in the present moment and releasing the mind from everyday chatter and over thinking, creating space to just be who you truly are.
     
    Temperature: 80 degrees
    Recommended: Mat, optional (yoga towel, water)

  • All Levels Vinyasa Flow (Non-Heated)
  • Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing yoga practice. Vinyasa literally translates to breath-sycronized movement and it is cardiovascular by nature. You will be guided to move and flow, connecting the postures together with the breath (inhale and exhale) to create a dance-like sequence or as some have called it, a "Moving Meditation".
     
    Temperature: 80 degrees
    Recommended: yoga mat, and yoga towel

  • LoveSet (Heated)
  • This therapeutically set sequenced flow will have student enjoying a new way of practicing yoga with our own House of Love Style. 
    Benefits include: strength increase, toned muscles, general sense of well being (physical and psychological) improved flexibility, increased mental clarity, detoxification (through sweating) alleviating many ailments such as stress, muscular pain, arthritis, insomnia, with the potential for weight loss.
    This class is encouraged for mixed level, and suited to any body type or practice level.
     
    Temperature: 100-105 degrees, 40 percent humidity.
     
    Recommended: Yoga Mat, Yoga towel, Water
