  • The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
     
    Temperature: 75-80 Degrees
    Recommended: water, towel , and optional mat 
     

  • Barefoot Bootcamp (Heated)
  • Using traditional and not so traditional kettlebell drills combined with high intensity interval training to build on your fitness foundation, this class is designed to introduce you to functional movement training and weight baring exercise. This class is designed to introduce you to full functional movement Kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, dyna-balls, blue balls and blocks. Always changing so it change your mind and body faster.
     
    Temperature: 90-95 degrees
    40% humidity
    Required:Yoga Mat, Yoga Towel, Water
     

  • Love H.I.I.T. (30 Minute Class)
  • HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give it everything you have. 100% effort for 20 min (45 sec on / 15sec break) in a quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery. This time of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat/calories in less time.  Lets get sweaty! 
     
    Temperature: 75-80 Degrees
    Recommended: Towel, Water, Optional (Yoga Mat)
