Vivian Taylor

Born and raised in another country in my early years, being physically active was just natural. As I got older, working behind the desk slowly steered me away from being active and staying fit. Once I came to realize how much of a beating the desk had on my body, I sought a way out, beginning with Bikram yoga 14 years ago.

The more I practiced, the fewer problems I had physically. Inspired by great instructors, I got certified. Once I established myself with hot yoga, I felt the need for more, so it was on to Pilates. I fell in love with it in an instant. The music, the movements and the way the class made me feel during and after. Another certification was a must.

Teaching and practicing both are just the perfect combo for me. Six years later, here I am, at Evolution Yoga, a community studio that is close to my home and to many. As a businesswoman coming to fitness later on, I appreciate how transformative it is. For each person, there is a different key to change, and I get pleasure from inspiring and guiding you in making more of yourself.

I invite you with open arms and no judgments to take my class. My heart-pounding music and a mixture of movements from core workout to cardio to weight lifting, will challenge you to push your edge with some fun in the process. Always, keep it simple, and let it go...! Namaste.

  • Booty Pilates (Heated)
  • Looking to improve the booty? We have one for you now. It will help reshape your glutes and abs in this amazing 1 hour class. Be prepared to find a new edge as we focus on your powerhouse.  This Format will include weights, bands, balls, and blocks; depending upon what the instructor will be doing that day.
     
    Semi Heated means it will be around 93-95 degrees with 40% Humidity. 
     
    Bring a mat, towel, water, and a smile. 

  • Core HIIT Pilates
  • This hot HIIT Pilates class takes all the aspects of a traditional pilates class but focuses on the core with cardio. The target is abs while having the heart rate go up and down thru high intensity interval training. A anaerobic Roller coaster of fun to burn the most amount of calories. 
     
    TEMP: Heated 93-95 degrees , 40% Humidity
    RECOMMENDED: YOGA TOWEL, YOGA MAT, WATER

  • Hot Pilates
  •  
    A great way to relieve muscle soreness and build muscle at the same time.  This class uses the technique of traditional mat pilates and the intensity of cardio intervals to create a whole body work out.  This class is designed for all levels. 
     
    Temperature: 95 Degrees, 40% Humidity
    Recommended: Yoga Mat, Yoga Towel, Water

  • Core HIIT Pilates (Non-Heated)
