My yoga path started at a local studio near my home and after developing my personal practice for over a year I earned my RYT 200 in December 2013. All my life yoga has called to my spirit. During the beginning of my practice the breath was my most difficult challenge, even throughout teacher training. I remember my mentor saying Teresa “breathe”. Then one day I noticed my breath was effortless, it was magic!
When I guide my fellow yogis in a class I strive to offer serenity and a peaceful space that allows one to feel emotionally safe, mentally focused, physically challenged, and spiritually aligned.

All Levels Vinyasa Flow (Non-Heated)
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing yoga practice. Vinyasa literally translates to breath-sycronized movement and it is cardiovascular by nature. You will be guided to move and flow, connecting the postures together with the breath (inhale and exhale) to create a dance-like sequence or as some have called it, a "Moving Meditation".
Temperature: 80 degrees
Recommended: yoga mat, and yoga towel
