Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Julie is a graduate of Point Park University, where she received a BA in Dance and a Business minor. Fitness came into her life naturally throughout her dance career. Julie toured with the American Dance Company in Italy, Spain, France, Central America and the US. Her performance credits include The Elan Awards, The International Dance Festival, and Broadway Showcase in New York City, as well as performing on ABC's Kickoff Classic, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, MTV's Taquita & Kaui, TLC's Trading Spaces, BBC Television and ESPN. Julie traveled across the US teaching and judging the country's best dance teams at various competitions and conventions for the last 15 years. She's had the pleasure of performing with the strip's longest running show, Legends In Concert, as the shows dance captain for a decade and with Matt Goss's show in the Gossy Room at Caesars Palace. It was a fitting transition to become certified in a variety of fitness formats throughout performing including Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, and Zumba. Her dance career has helped shape her as a fitness instructor. She loves to share her passion for fitness and to help make a difference in her students lives!

Balls, Bands and Blocks are used in this class to assist in creating proper form and to intensify certain exercises. This class uses the technique of traditional mat pilates and the intensity of cardio intervals to create a whole body work out. This class is designed for all levels.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and a mat towel (if desired). Be prepared to SWEAT.
