Celine Go

Celine started practicing Yoga in 2006, Inspired with the devotion she sees in Yoga, she fell in love with the practice without any expectations of any result only but to patiently "practice, practice, practice and leave it", as what her Husband and Yoga Teacher, Greg Go would always say. She continued to pursue her passion and dedication and took teacher trainings in Las Vegas and in California. She wanted to learn the mechanics of the body, how to approach different types of bodies so she can apply it in her classes, and also with her own personal practice. Celine's intentions were to share her love for the Yoga practice, approaching it in a way where people can connect with themselves in a whole deeper meaning. "You only need to show up on your mat and concentrate on you, so you can be a better you." As she would say.

Celine Go got her 200 hour TT with Annie Carpenter, creator of SmartFLOW and continues to work towards her 500 under the guidance of Annie, Rachael Sellars, and Tiffany Russo. Celine
has taken Work shops with senior teachers Matty Azraty, Tim Miller, Ashley Turner, and Kathryn Budig

Celine Go instructs the following:
  • Hot Power Flow
  • HOT POWER FLOW IS A POWERFUL, ENERGETIC FORM OF YOGA WHERE STUDENTS FLUIDLY MOVE FROM ONE POSE TO THE NEXT WHILE CONNECTING THEIR BREATHING TO THEIR MOVEMENTS. THIS TYPE OF YOGA IS TAUGHT IN A HEATED STUDIO WHICH MAKES IT A VIGOROUS AND REVITALIZING FORM OF PHYSICAL FITNESS. IT INCORPORATES STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, CARDIO AS WELL AS PHYSICAL AND MENTAL STAMINA IN ONE SESSION. THIS PRACTICE IS A PERFECT BLEND OF SWEAT AND SERENITY.

  • Vinyasa Yin Flow (Non-Heated)
  • This heated Vinyasa and Yin fusion class will be a balance between invigorating movements and restorative yin asanas. Find your zen with both Yang and Yin styles. Practice in a heated room, Vin/Yin is open to all-levels.

  • All Levels Vinyasa Flow (Non-Heated)
  • Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing yoga practice. Vinyasa literally translates to breath-sycronized movement and it is cardiovascular by nature. You will be guided to move and flow, connecting the postures together with the breath (inhale and exhale) to create a dance-like sequence or as some have called it, a "Moving Meditation".

  • Yin (Non-Heated)
  • Taught by Kari Whiteaker, who is an Cert. Yin Yoga Instructor, Usui Reiki Master, Intuitive Empath, Chakra Energy Specialist, Meditation Specialist, and Sound Healer.

In this Yin Yoga class, the approach is with a mental focus and is much deeper than Yang like practices. Often called "The Yin Within", Yin Yoga removes the blockages deep in our connective tissues, allowing the Chi and Prana to flow unhindered. To get the energy moving in Yin Yoga, we can use various techniques and postures. By remaining in the postures longer, we allow ourselves to breathe into each pose while the body relaxes deeper into stillness obtaining full surrender. We will also focus on being in the present moment and releasing the mind from everyday chatter and over thinking, creating space to just be who you truly are.

  • Restorative Yoga (Non-Heated)
  •

  • Power Flow (Non-Heated)

  • Restorative Yin with Pamana (Non-Heated)
  • Take a different perspective in your Yoga practice by changing the relationship of your body towards the floor. Pamana, means a gift to receive, is an innovative way to practice active postures in a dynamic restorative perspective, engaging subtle muscles and finding relaxation at the same time. Room is non-heated. Props will be used and Pamana adjustments will be done in class.
