Claudia Walker, a Lima native, found yoga during a rough time in her life. Through the beauty of being present in her yoga practice, her life started to change; not only was she more present and aware in the practice, but also in every aspect of her life. Seeing how much yoga was helping her, she knew teaching it was definitely on her path.
She is a student at heart, for not only she is a Yoga teacher, but also a Reiki Master and a Sound Healer. Claudia has completed two 200 hrs of Vinyasa style Yoga trainings and a 220 hr Kundalini Yoga teacher training.
The love that she has for her life and others is shown through her teaching style; she teaches from her heart while still challenging her students physically, mentally and spiritually.

Love Set (Heated)
This therapeutically sequenced class is set to 100-105 degrees, and 40 percent humidity. Students will enjoy a smart way of practicing Yoga.
Benefits include: strength increase, toned muscles, general sense of well being (physical and psychological) improved flexibility, increased mental clarity, detoxification (through sweating) alleviating many ailments such as stress, muscular pain, arthritis, insomnia, with the potential for weight loss.
This class is encouraged for mixed level, and suited to any body type or practice level.
Bring your own mat or rent one in the studio! A small bottle of water is recommended.
