Juliet Forsgren

I was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up I was always an athlete. I started swimming competitively at the age of 5. I swam all the way through college. I've been teaching swimming for the past 10 years. I fell into yoga during college. It was on the class schedule one semester and I thought, "I should try it"! I've been hooked every since my first class. Over the years my love for yoga has grown from a personal practice to wanting to teach. Yoga has changed my life by the way I handle myself, interact with people, even how I parent. It gives me the peace I need everyday to be the best me everyday. I am so grateful to be able to share my love of yoga with my fellow yogis on this journey we call life. Just breathe 💖

Natalie White

Natalie White found yoga to be a natural progression after retiring from a 12 year career as a dancer in various shows on the Las Vegas strip. In her words “I needed to continue to move in some way and yoga seemed to fit that need, but I had no idea that the benefits would be much more than physical”. After practicing regularly on her own for many years, she began to notice that not only did it help her flexibility, core strength, and arm strength … it also seemed to help calm her mind in the midst of any chaos going on in her life. After having kids and a few big life changes, she started suffering from frequent panic attacks. The only “medicine” that ever helped cure that, was yoga, and she happily reports to rarely have them anymore. After seeing the many benefits yoga has to offer and how it helped her life, she took the plunge in 2012 to be certified to teach with a 200-hour course from It’s Yoga Training Center specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She believes in constantly learning and continues expanding knowledge by attending various workshops and taking classes from all styles of teachers throughout the year. She expanded her teaching variety to also include teaching power flow, vinyasa flow as well as ashtanga type classes and also teaches Mixxedfit (a cardio dance inspired exercise class) at local gyms and studios. When not on the mat, she likes to spend time with her family and also has a portrait photography business.

Celine Go

Celine started practicing Yoga in 2006, Inspired with the devotion she sees in Yoga, she fell in love with the practice without any expectations of any result only but to patiently "practice, practice, practice and leave it", as what her Husband and Yoga Teacher, Greg Go would always say. She continued to pursue her passion and dedication and took teacher trainings in Las Vegas and in California. She wanted to learn the mechanics of the body, how to approach different types of bodies so she can apply it in her classes, and also with her own personal practice. Celine's intentions were to share her love for the Yoga practice, approaching it in a way where people can connect with themselves in a whole deeper meaning. "You only need to show up on your mat and concentrate on you, so you can be a better you." As she would say.

Celine Go got her 200 hour TT with Annie Carpenter, creator of SmartFLOW and continues to work towards her 500 under the guidance of Annie, Rachael Sellars, and Tiffany Russo. Celine
has taken Work shops with senior teachers Matty Azraty, Tim Miller, Ashley Turner, and Kathryn Budig

Amber Fontaine

Yoga and Amber formally met about 8 years ago when doctors gave this then new mother a life altering possibility .... consider heart surgery or...? She chose to first try altering her own life style. A metamorphosis from which she has never looked back thus began. An athletic gym rat who thought a fitness goal couldn't be attained without lifting weights, hasn't lifted a weight outside of her own body since 2010.

Encouraged to share her joy she first became certified to teach in 2014. Her hunger only grew and she attained her 200hr SmartFlow certification at her much beloved Yoga Sanctuary in 2016. She considers herself the student that shall never graduate, as her education is a journey she knows will never end.

Amber is known for her grinning teaching style and contagious enthusiasm to 'play on the mat'. Thus encouraging her 'fellow students' to believe as she does....'If as a community we stay dedicated to the practice of yoga, we will unwrap a new present housed in our bodies every time!' Being a life long lover of the written words power to inspire and music to cajole, these are pieces of her creative and powerful sequencing design. Every student, the newest to the more seasoned revives from Savasana aglow with a revived sense of self and a happy heart.

Nancy Damar

Nancy believes yoga is the perfect antidote to modern life. In her personal practice, she focuses on cultivating flexibility and strength in the mind. Developing the same qualities in the body is just a bonus! Her classes are designed to help you do the same.

Nancy received her 200-hour certification in Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW yoga, a style known for mindful sequencing grounded in respect for healthy alignment that celebrates the uniqueness of every student’s body.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing yoga practice. Vinyasa literally translates to breath-sycronized movement and it is cardiovascular by nature. You will be guided to move and flow, connecting the postures together with the breath (inhale and exhale) to create a dance-like sequence or as some have called it, a "Moving Meditation".
