Celine Go

Celine started practicing Yoga in 2006, Inspired with the devotion she sees in Yoga, she fell in love with the practice without any expectations of any result only but to patiently "practice, practice, practice and leave it", as what her Husband and Yoga Teacher, Greg Go would always say. She continued to pursue her passion and dedication and took teacher trainings in Las Vegas and in California. She wanted to learn the mechanics of the body, how to approach different types of bodies so she can apply it in her classes, and also with her own personal practice. Celine's intentions were to share her love for the Yoga practice, approaching it in a way where people can connect with themselves in a whole deeper meaning. "You only need to show up on your mat and concentrate on you, so you can be a better you." As she would say.

Celine Go got her 200 hour TT with Annie Carpenter, creator of SmartFLOW and continues to work towards her 500 under the guidance of Annie, Rachael Sellars, and Tiffany Russo. Celine
has taken Work shops with senior teachers Matty Azraty, Tim Miller, Ashley Turner, and Kathryn Budig

Nancy Damar

Nancy believes yoga is the perfect antidote to modern life. In her personal practice, she focuses on cultivating flexibility and strength in the mind. Developing the same qualities in the body is just a bonus! Her classes are designed to help you do the same.

Nancy received her 200-hour certification in Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW yoga, a style known for mindful sequencing grounded in respect for healthy alignment that celebrates the uniqueness of every student’s body.

Juliet Forsgren

I was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up I was always an athlete. I started swimming competitively at the age of 5. I swam all the way through college. I've been teaching swimming for the past 10 years. I fell into yoga during college. It was on the class schedule one semester and I thought, "I should try it"! I've been hooked every since my first class. Over the years my love for yoga has grown from a personal practice to wanting to teach. Yoga has changed my life by the way I handle myself, interact with people, even how I parent. It gives me the peace I need everyday to be the best me everyday. I am so grateful to be able to share my love of yoga with my fellow yogis on this journey we call life. Just breathe 💖
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing yoga practice. Vinyasa literally translates to breath-synchronized movement and it is cardiovascular by nature. You will be guided to move and flow connecting the postures together with the breath to create a dance-like sequence or as some have called it, a “moving meditation.”
 
Bring a yoga mat and water (if desired).
