HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give it everything you have. 100% effort for 20 min (45 sec on / 15sec break) in a quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery. This time of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat/calories in less time. Lets get sweaty!
