Adriana Lee

This is my love story. I was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with me like glue. Yoga taught me to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed me the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind.

At 23, I packed my bags and went to Spain for my 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga’s center Suryalila. I returned to my hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. I continued my training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. While living in South Florida, I trained for an additional 50 hours with Cameron Shayne at Budokon University in Miami. Truly, I keep learning every time I step on my mat. My intention when I teach is to share what I’ve learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being. I hope you’ll join me on the mat!

Melissa Plakio

Melissa started her yoga career in 2000 when she began training to become a Massage Therapist. She started with Kundalini yoga and Tai Chi. Over the next 7 years she dabbled in and out of yoga classes while pursuing her career in bodywork. In 2007, while living in Monterey, CA, she began regularly attending Bikram Yoga classes and pursing advanced Tai Chi. This is where Melissa realized attending 3-5 yoga classes a week was saving her body from the years of performing massage. In 2011 she moved back to Las Vegas, still pursing her Bikram classes and training for full and half marathons, she became a Lead Massage Trainer at a resort spa. In 2013 she became a member of a local studio and began taking and experiencing several different types of yoga. This is where her love for yoga and the benefits she experienced from her practice drew her into ZFlow Power Yoga Teacher Training. In 2014 Melissa completed the RYS 200 hour ZFlow Power Yoga Teacher Training. In 2015 Melissa also completed her Hands OnAssist Program, Yogalates Training, and became a Certified SUP Yoga Instructor. Melissa's passion will continue to drive her education in many different types of yoga while still giving back to the community.

Juliet Forsgren

I was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up I was always an athlete. I started swimming competitively at the age of 5. I swam all the way through college. I've been teaching swimming for the past 10 years. I fell into yoga during college. It was on the class schedule one semester and I thought, "I should try it"! I've been hooked every since my first class. Over the years my love for yoga has grown from a personal practice to wanting to teach. Yoga has changed my life by the way I handle myself, interact with people, even how I parent. It gives me the peace I need everyday to be the best me everyday. I am so grateful to be able to share my love of yoga with my fellow yogis on this journey we call life. Just breathe 💖
This therapeutically set sequenced flow will have student enjoying a new way of practicing yoga with our own House of Love Style. 
Benefits include: strength increase, toned muscles, general sense of well being (physical and psychological) improved flexibility, increased mental clarity, detoxification (through sweating) alleviating many ailments such as stress, muscular pain, arthritis, insomnia, with the potential for weight loss.
This class is encouraged for mixed level, and suited to any body type or practice level.
 
Temperature: 100-105 degrees, 40 percent humidity.
