Love Barre (Non-Heated)

Julie Furness

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Julie is a graduate of Point Park University, where she received a BA in Dance and a Business minor. Fitness came into her life naturally throughout her dance career. Julie toured with the American Dance Company in Italy, Spain, France, Central America and the US. Her performance credits include The Elan Awards, The International Dance Festival, and Broadway Showcase in New York City, as well as performing on ABC's Kickoff Classic, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, MTV's Taquita & Kaui, TLC's Trading Spaces, BBC Television and ESPN. Julie traveled across the US teaching and judging the country's best dance teams at various competitions and conventions for the last 15 years. She's had the pleasure of performing with the strip's longest running show, Legends In Concert, as the shows dance captain for a decade and with Matt Goss's show in the Gossy Room at Caesars Palace. It was a fitting transition to become certified in a variety of fitness formats throughout performing including Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, and Zumba. Her dance career has helped shape her as a fitness instructor. She loves to share her passion for fitness and to help make a difference in her students lives!

Stacy Lara

Stacy has been with Evolution since the beginning.  First as student and then as one of the first graduating classes of Evolution's Pilates instructor certifications. Now a full time instructor here, she teaches heated and non heated Pilates as well as Hot Body Sculpt and Love Barre. She is IBBFA certified in Barre and has been classically trained with the school of Columbia in Chicago and the Palm Beach Ballet Company in Florida.  She has taught all ages of ballet as well as jazz and modern dance.  As a mother of two young children she is compassionate but precise in her coaching, and understanding of all students strengths and weaknesses.
Ballet-inspired fitness in a non-heated room. A full cardio workout that works the whole body, arms, hips, legs, and abs!  This class works your fine stabilizing muscles and is an excellent cross trainer for other practices such as yoga, pilates, and bootcamp!
 
Temperature: 75-80 Degrees
Recomended: Yoga Mat, Yoga Towel, and water
