Celine Go

Celine started practicing Yoga in 2006, Inspired with the devotion she sees in Yoga, she fell in love with the practice without any expectations of any result only but to patiently "practice, practice, practice and leave it", as what her Husband and Yoga Teacher, Greg Go would always say. She continued to pursue her passion and dedication and took teacher trainings in Las Vegas and in California. She wanted to learn the mechanics of the body, how to approach different types of bodies so she can apply it in her classes, and also with her own personal practice. Celine's intentions were to share her love for the Yoga practice, approaching it in a way where people can connect with themselves in a whole deeper meaning. "You only need to show up on your mat and concentrate on you, so you can be a better you." As she would say.

Celine Go got her 200 hour TT with Annie Carpenter, creator of SmartFLOW and continues to work towards her 500 under the guidance of Annie, Rachael Sellars, and Tiffany Russo. Celine
has taken Work shops with senior teachers Matty Azraty, Tim Miller, Ashley Turner, and Kathryn Budig

Megan Hable

Megan hails from a small farming town in Wisconsin. She has always been active, from chores on her family farm, to sports in school and then running after college. She started doing distance races and has completed two marathons. During her training, she discovered yoga. She knew that it would help her with injury-prevention and help her move better. After about a year of a solid practice, Megan went to teacher training in Los Angeles. Megan became a certified yoga teacher in March 2013 and has trained in Hatha, Flow and Yin yoga styles and has been practicing yoga regularly since 2011. She has taught in Minneapolis, Seattle and St Louis prior to moving to Las Vegas. She still travels and teaches in other studios across the US but home is Las Vegas now.
Megan focuses on movement and strength to make the practice as accessible to all levels as possible. She truly believes any body can do yoga with an enthusiastic mindset. She also believes yoga can help with the emotional and metal stressors of modern life, from different breathing techniques to funny jokes, she doesn't take the practice too seriously.
Outside of yoga, she likes to hike, lift weights and read. She can't live without her fur baby, Peanut.

Adriana Lee

This is my love story. I was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with me like glue. Yoga taught me to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed me the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind.

At 23, I packed my bags and went to Spain for my 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga’s center Suryalila. I returned to my hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. I continued my training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. While living in South Florida, I trained for an additional 50 hours with Cameron Shayne at Budokon University in Miami. Truly, I keep learning every time I step on my mat. My intention when I teach is to share what I’ve learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being. I hope you’ll join me on the mat!
